Baker Managing Partner stevenkbaker@palmcovecapital.com  Steven Baker is the founder and President of Micronesia Registration Advisors, Inc. , which has a 40-year contract to promote in Japan the corporate registry and captive insurance regime of the Federated States of Micronesia. He was a senior executive with Citibank for 22 years, including being the Division Executive of North Asia, based in Hong Kong, and of Worldwide Securities Services. He then founded and was Chairman for nine years of Lanka Bell (Pvt) Limited, the second largest telephone operator with a 25-year nationwide license in Sri Lanka. Now residing in Honolulu, among his directorships, he is the Vice Chairman of the board of trustees of Hawaii Pacific University. He was recently recognized by the Hawaii Legislature and the Hawaii Venture Capital Association as the Entrepreneur of the Year in Hawaii. |

development, the hospitality industry, banking and venture capital
throughout the US and the Pacific Rim. Today, Gottlieb is the
Chairman of Mandara Spa, a company he founded in 1996 in Bali,
and which grew to become the leading international operator
of luxury resort spas, and which was chosen recently by Conde
Nast Traveler, as operator of three of the top ten spas in the
world. In addition, Gottlieb is Managing Member of Palm Cove
